Anyway, here it is, the running footblog. It's not for in-depth analysis, as in over one paragraph, as the game goes on, it's just for running smart-mouth observation, just like we were all there in the same room.
If I coached against the Jets, I would only throw screen passes and fly routes until they stopped blitzing. Keep trying to force the run, or the play action pass, and you're just doing the urinal-measurement game. I hate to say it, but Belichek knows how to beat a system like this, if he had the talent the Ravens had. Blitz away, we'll throw on a 3-step drop and kill you for 3 1/2 quarters. Then, when your d-line is sucking wind after trying to pass rush for 50 plays, jam the run up the middle.Bam.
